About us

Working Mothers Connect is a digital platform connecting Australian and New Zealand mothers with flexible opportunities and partnering them with family friendly employers. The concept was inspired by the many challenges faced by women returning to work after having children. 

As of July 2018 JustMums Recruitment has acquired Working Mothers Connect (Australia) and Working Mothers Connect NZ. You can read all about the recent acquisition here but essentially we’ll now bring together a community of over 60,000 mums actively seeking flexible work.

In today’s competitive job market it is important to utilise a range of job searching avenues to put yourself ahead of your competition.

The benefits of registering with our platform are that you can:

  • View current job vacancies that match your skillset and industry type
  • Sign up for free personalised job alerts
  • Register your resume and jobseeker profile so our employer partners can contact you directly with relevant roles

It is an easy and fast process too. Visit our website and navigate to “Jobseekers” at the top of the panel bar. From here you will have access to register with Working Mothers Connect and upload your details onto the platform or create a job alert. Only those registered with our platform can apply for positions advertised.

Uploading your resume

To upload your resume onto our system you will be required to register your basic details. Once your resume has been uploaded you can choose to either be an “active” job seeker or hidden. If you select "active" please note that employers can view your details and contact you directly if you match their selection criteria.

These select employers have access to jobseeker information as have purchased a “talent connect package” via the Working Mothers Connect platform however not all employers have this.

Registering for a free job alert

To register for a personalised job alert navigate again to “Jobseekers” on the top panel bar of the website. From here you will complete the details required including:

  • Email Address
  • Keywords (example; Administration, Receptionist, Customer Service)
  • Location
  • Categories (example; Construction, Banking, Call Centre)
  • Job Types (example; Full Time or Part Time)

You will then be sent a job alert for any vacancies that are added to our job board that match your skillset.
