Here’s where you come in… In order to ensure continued and increased attraction and retention of members for AustralianSuper, we are seeking an Account & Stakeholder Relationship Manager. A critical contribution you will make in this role is protecting and promoting the position of AustralianSuper in Industrial Awards and Agreements, and expanding the Fund’s relationships with stakeholder organisations. Working with the National Manager, Business Accounts and National Manager, Stakeholder Relations you will focus on a number of key deliverables: Understand your allocated clients, develop a knowledge of the competitive risks and opportunities and create meaningful records on the client relationship management register. Build and establish relationships with the relevant stakeholders, including cultivating effective communication channels, developing member education sessions and exploring opportunities to expand default fund status. Develop and implement a strategic plan for the identification of EBA opportunities. Participate in stakeholder events to raise the profile of AustralianSuper. Ensure that key stakeholders, including the ACTU, AIST, ASFA and ISA are regularly consulted to ensure that they are aware of the Fund’s position. You’ll need… Your strong knowledge of superannuation insurance, legislation and investment products will be critical to success in this role. You will possess the RG146 and a Diploma of Financial Planning. Your demonstrated ability to develop robust relationships with a range of stakeholders is vital, as is your recognised stakeholder management expertise.
