Utilise Your Previous Bookkeeping/Payroll Experience Well Known Construction Company Malvern East Location – Work Close To Home Due to my client’s recent growth, we’re searching for a Bookkeeper to support the Accounts Payable and Payroll team of this well-known construction company in Malvern East. You will mainly be supporting the Accounts Payable team, and one week of each month you will be supporting the Payroll Administrator, during the monthly payroll period. Your duties will include but will not be limited to: Processing high volumes of invoices Preparing and processing EFT payments and cheque runs Reconciliation of creditors account statements Filing remittances Answering queries, via phone and email Data entry Assisting with payroll processing of approx. 400 employees monthly Reporting requirements for payroll as required General administration duties as required This role could suit someone who is returning to the workforce, and ideally somebody who has the ability to adapt to changing roles, as this is split across the 2 departments. To be successfully considered for this role you must have: Payroll experience Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping would be a strong advantage Strong administration skills Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills This position is located in Malvern East, with easy access to public transport. Ideally working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday however there is flexibility with those hours, provided that if required, the successful candidate can work full time hours.
