The Role Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing some of the agency's top clients whilst leading projects associated with website design and development, content marketing, organic search and social media programs. You will have strong analytics experience and be able to extract new project ideas and insights by analysing client performance data and conducting detailed research and website audits. We do have an office, but are willing to negotiate office and client contact hours for the best candidate. Key Tasks Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns Develop and maintain content marketing schedules Copywriting and editing content Assist with website design and development briefings Ongoing analysis, optimising and reporting SEO; Strategies, Auditing and Execution Research; Competitor Analysis, Keywords, Social Media, Lead-Gen tactics Manage client WIP meetings Manage day-to-day client communications Foster client and supplier relationships Develop agency digital marketing processes and procedures About You and Your Experience Degree qualified in Marketing and/or Communications A minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role – either agency or client side Experienced with content marketing, digital marketing and search marketing (or equivalent) Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred but not essential High attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Keeping up with industry standards and the latest tech If you are a highly motivated problem solver with a focus on digital marketing and customer service, and you’re looking for a role with genuine flexibility and autonomy you should apply now.
