The Aroona Alliance is a partnership between the Water Corporation, Suez and Broadspectrum working as one team to deliver operations, maintenance and asset management of the Perth metropolitan water and wastewater production and treatment assets. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a dedicated approach to drive asset improvements and sustainable asset performance. This role is pivotal to directing reliability centred maintenance and asset improvement initiatives. As result we seek to employ people who will succeed in this role and you will have: An excellent work ethic Advanced knowledge of root cause analysis, defect elimination and supporting reliability tools. Asset performance report development and monitoring Extensive knowledge of maintenance, reliability centred maintenance and continuous improvement Ability to analyse key reliability data to identify improvement areas and defects from monitoring systems and trend analysis and implement corrective actions Experience with one or more Business Intelligence and Data Mining Tools Ability to facilitate innovation to reduce costs and improve workflows, guaranteeing feasibility and reproducibility of the process Ability to communicate at all levels of the business Extensive asset management knowledge principles and alignment to the IAM, AMC etc. Considerable experience in developing maintenance strategies and plans, development and implementation of fit for purpose and best practice maintenance spares control and associated warehousing and supply tactics for best value outcomes Considerable experience in application of ISO55000 and IPWEA best practice models/frameworks Please ensure you attach a copy of your current resume Our commitment to an inclusive workplace: Through our Equity and Diversity Management Plan and People Strategy, Water Corporation is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace of the future.
