About the role We’re on the lookout for a Contracts Administrator with high attention to detail to be the first point of contact between our Legal and Commercial team. This role sits within our Legal team and supports the preparation of customer agreements and other contractual documentation. We’re looking for someone who displays a creative and flexible approach to meet changing circumstances. This is a part time opportunity and you decide what days and hours you work. What you’ll be doing Preparing correspondence as instructed in support of customer and supplier contracts Reviewing and analysing existing contracts and reporting on key terms, contract compliance and various contract statistics Supporting Company initiatives regarding contracting processes Coordinating Company contracting requirements with multiple departments across the business Preparing weekly and monthly reporting Assistance in the review and preparation of legal documents including typing of amendments, comparison of documents, review for accuracy, completeness and consistency What you’ll bring Experience as a contracts administrator, sales administrator, office administrator or equivalent role within a corporation Displays a creative and flexible approach to meet changing circumstances Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and excellent attention to details Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent oral and written communication skills Why it’s Awesome at eNett We're B2B payments game changers.
