About the role (includes but not limited to): We currently have an excellent opportunity available for an Account Manager who will be responsible for driving the performance and culture of success across the contract team, our client portfolios while meeting or exceeding KPIs, ensuring contracted delivery outcomes. Key responsibilities will include: Accountability for the overall management and performance of service delivery in accordance with commercial best practice and contractual obligations Providing leadership and setting the direction for the Contract Service Delivery Team Contributing to the enhancement of Broadspectrum’s overall performance through knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and the generation of innovative approaches to the management of the scope of services Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the Property team, consultants and subcontractors Generating the agreed service outcomes within the framework and reporting on aspects of service delivery Guaranteeing 100% commitment to protecting sensitive information and ensuring all services adhere to security, compliance and legislative requirements Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience Proven experience within a similar Account Manager role Strong working knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and supply chain optimisation (systems, process and people) Complete understanding of security, compliance and workplace health, safety practices.
