You will help to power our long form channels with best-in-class content that generates and drives engagement for our brands and customers. Key Accountabilities Contribute to driving Brand Momentum, including delivering customer number growth. Co-ordinating and planning of editorial calendars for our biggest brands to ensure they align with publishing schedules. Briefings to our internal content studio and requirements of our integrated Content Producers publishing schedules from a written perspective. Ensuring content and copy align both on tone and creativity to deliver the message that drives engagement with our customers. You will help to power our long form media platforms with best-in-class content that generates and drives engagement for our brands and customers. Writing content both long and short form. Briefing our community managers regularly to ensure they are across the latest content and future publishing of schedules. Trafficking editorial copy between our internal content studio and Integrated Content Producers for publishing. Briefing and editing as required. Help in managing relationships with external content partners. Attend weekly editorial meetings and drive the content agenda. Over time you will lead the editorial meetings alongside the Director of Content. Managing the briefing of digital long form content for content hubs working with our Social Media lead and digital teams to meet the brief and delivery of our SEO engagement targets. Work closely with Social Lead and Digital team on content distribution strategies to maximize readership and reach with impact. Take inputs from all departments as to the content required and either write, or brief appropriate content with insights and in an innovative manner that drives our content strategy forward. Skills & Experience You must have a huge passion writing both long and short form. You have excellent publishing, editorial and curatorial skills. A proven track record in writing and related degree preferable. Writing for digital, blogs and content hubs in long and short form preferable. 3-5 years' experience in writing with a related degree.
