Here’s where you come in… Driving effective two-way multi-channel communications between AustralianSuper and the investment and business communities, you will materially contribute towards the realisation of the Investments Team’s strategic objectives. In collaboration with the Investments Team you will develop and implement a communication strategy to build AustralianSuper’s profile with domestic and international audiences. You will ensure that all investment communications support an enhanced reputational positioning in the market through accurate, timely, creative and innovative communications. You will actively work with the Investments Team to understand, anticipate and capitalise on movements and developments that enhance our reputation or mitigate risk. You will build staff knowledge of our investment activities, acquisitions etc. through engaging communication pieces, and you will develop content for the AustralianSuper website that supports Investment’s activities. Working collaboratively with colleagues in Corporate Affairs and Investment Reporting and Communication you will drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive, coordinated and efficient operating strategy to meet the investment information needs of all audiences. You will also contribute investment information to corporate publications such as the Annual Report, Investment Choice Guide etc. as appropriate. You’ll need… A proven track record in strategic investor communications that elevate the Fund’s status and anticipate or extinguish potential issues. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing investment communications. High-level communication, influencing, stakeholder management and networking abilities. Superior ability to manage business relationships with flexibility, innovation and diplomacy.
