The Position: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Business Partner based at our Support Office in Hawthorn East, just 9 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. Our head office is a thriving, supportive and friendly workplace where you can collaborate with colleagues from a variety of business units. As a Quality Business Partner at Benetas you will work alongside our residential management team to develop and improve our quality systems and business processes whilst aligning with the new accreditation and quality standards. You will proactively engage with management around continuous improvement, risk and compliance management and quality and safety frameworks to supporting positive accreditation outcomes. This position has flexibility with regards to the working days, and will involve some travel to metro and regional locations. To be successful, you will have: A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and significant clinical experience in the aged care or health sectors A background in quality and regulatory monitoring/compliance with the aged care or health sectors Strong organisational, communication and time management skills Highly developed analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills Strong reporting writing and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders An honest, helpful and dependable attitude - a real team player A qualification as Lead Auditor – Quality Management Systems (desirable) Benefits: A work environment where people are valued and encouraged to share their ideas A strong learning culture where you are in the driver’s seat of your ongoing professional development Working in a trusted and values based organisation focused on quality and growth Competitive Salary (with salary packaging and meal & entertainment benefits) How to apply: Benetas uses video interviewing as part of our selection process.
