Here’s where you come in… To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Quality Officer who will be responsible for the efficient, compliant and fair resolution of a broad range of complaints and investigations. Supporting the team Manager, you will assist in the oversight of our administrators’ complaints management function, ensuring their accordance with contractual and legislative obligations. A true SME to the business, you confidently take ownership of escalated issues, working with all stakeholders to a resolution, and drafting written solutions and responses. This analytical role will also focus your attentions on identifying operational improvement opportunities, and therefore complaint reduction, by recording and referring recurring themes through to management. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role represents an outstanding opportunity to have a tangible impact in increasing our member satisfaction and retention. You’ll need… A strong superannuation industry background with proven dispute resolution skills. An empathetically-minded professional, you take a conciliatory approach to often complex issues and problem solve in a considered manner. You have exemplary oral and written communication skills and work efficiently and diligently. The technical nature of components of the role requires strong research skills and attention to detail.
