MediRecruit are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our growing team in a part-time, flexible capacity. We are offering the ideal candidate 15-20 hours per week, working school hours in Albert Park. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and ideally would have experience in the Allied Health and/or Recruitment industry. Reporting to the MediRecruit Directors, the successful applicant will: - Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfill the requirements of the business brief; - Identify new business opportunities; - Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function; - Manage the recruiting database; - Create job advertisements; - And assist the Digital Marketing Manager with social media co-ordination. This role is ideally suited to someone who is looking to work school hours in an engaging and fun environment. Essential attributes include tenacity, a thorough attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to work autonomously. No day will be the same, so we need someone who can think on their feet, is able to adapt to constantly changing circumstances in our small team. The successfully applicant must have the ability to work in Australia and ideally would have a qualification in Office Administration and/or HR but not essential.
