This business is well established and provides body corporate, commercial and domestic caretaking, cleaning and gardening services predominantly in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. As a result, we are gaining new clients every week and need to expand our workforce with dedicated, professional staff. We are currently looking for an office administrator available to work up to 15 hrs per week over 2 or 3 days with some flexibility, though one day must be a Friday and not Mondays. The office is in Bentleigh East. There are good prospects for the role to be expanded as the business grows. Essential Requirements: Experience as an administration or office assistant. Ability to work un-supervised, manage your time, and prioritise tasks. Evidence of being a self-starter, problem-solver and being able to think outside the box when necessary. Experience with XERO accounting package. Payroll, debtors and basic bookkeeping experience, or evidence of your ability to be taught. We currently have 6 employees. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency with EXCEL and confidence using customer databases will be an advantage. Understanding of social media and ability to help create and monitor digital marketing activities. High standards of personal presentation, punctuality, and strong work ethic. High level of communication skills and respect for others. Willingness to grow with the business and always display a positive attitude.
