The Role: We currently have an opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our existing team, based at our Canning Vale office. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following: Checking and ensuring pays are correct and in line with timesheets and EBA Preparation of reports for review by Payroll Compliance Manager Finalisation of Pay for Sign off Receiving, logging and answering employee payroll queries Checking and ensuring Masterdata is correct in SAP. Escalation to Masterdata Team if information is incorrect Responsible for data entry of timesheets for up to 300 employees, Analysis of fortnightly pay, payroll approval & sign off, EA interpretation & interpreting / answering payroll queries. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: employee reimbursements, payroll reports, The Candidate Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a high-paced environment, have excellent communication (both verbal and written), as well as problem solving skills. You should also have: Previous experience in a similar role Exceptional IT skills (SAP, Excel, Microsoft package) Demonstrated administration and organisational skills, including attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team You must have Australian Work Rights and have the ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check, Working with Children Check and be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol test in order to be eligible for these positions.
