We are recognised as a leading retailer for the brands we represent. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer on a part time basis to join a dynamic busy team. The role offers great flexibility, however Wednesday is a must as it's pay day. Work 2 -3 days per week. More days are available if you are interested. You can start now! Some of your core responsibilities will entail processing our weekly payroll; interpreting Awards and Agreements; working with key stakeholders to ensure changes are accurately captured; answering employee inquiries; preparing and reconciling payroll files. Reporting into the Finance Director, you ideally will have; Minimum 3 years payroll experience, preferably in a stand-alone position; Unipay experienced preferred but not essential; Sound knowledge of Fair Work Act 2009, ability to interpret Awards, PAYG, FBT, payroll tax; Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and A mindset of saying 'Yes before No'.
