The Role Due to continued growth Trace JV are currently seeking an experienced, qualified Training Coordinator. This potential position will see you based in Perth managing the training of a large white and blue-collar workforce to a number of Onshore and Offshore Facilities. This fast paced and diverse role will require you to be fast thinking, highly organised and have excellent time management skills. Requirements Duties will include but not limited to: Ensuring compliance with legislated safety and training requirements, and Company and Client safety and competency standards. Management of complex training matrix’s Booking & management of training courses Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels Skills & Experience Excellent organisational skills Exposure to learning management systems, i.e. CVS, ERMS, LMS or similar highly regarded Advanced user of Excel, Power point, MS Word & Office outlook Ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks Excellent interpersonal skills Must enjoy fast paced evolving environment Experience in resources sector highly regarded Must be proactive & flexible Application If you enjoy a challenge and would like to be part of our dynamic, growing and exciting company, apply now.
