Babybee sells prams exclusively online and although we offer an incredibly generous 9-month free return policy, it's only natural that our customers (usually first time Mum's) are after a little extra help and reassurance that they're buying the right pram for them. Hence, we're expanding our Customer Experience team to include another part-time Customer Service Guru. Your role will be to provide customers with world-class support via phone, email and social media – the kind they’re still talking about months later! The day to day (not that two days will ever look the same in a small business!) Answering inbound calls and emails, providing support to customers wanting to clarify details about our products, service and policies, whilst striving for maximum sales conversion. Responding to comments on our social media pages. Referring Warranty customers to our Warranty team, ensuring they provide the appropriate details to have their claim dealt with as seamlessly as possible. As the eyes and ears into our customers' worlds, you will continually be looking for solutions and ways to improve our Customer Journey. Ad-hoc admin, research, operational and marketing tasks to support different departments. Focussing on continuous improvement always. About you You genuinely love working in customer service and you thrive on making each customer’s experience truly amazing! Patience and empathy are two of your strongest traits and you have a genuine care for all customers. You have a lot of resilience coupled with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to work through problems and get things done. You’re not afraid of confrontation and don’t take the occasional negative customer’s feedback to heart. You have a strong work ethic, a willingness and ability to learn and help out across all areas of the business. You demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You possess well-developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. You are very attentive and have strong attention to detail. You thrive in team-based environments where your contributions and value are visibly realised on a daily basis. You’re equally self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously with little direction You’re confident making decisions in regards to solving customer issues You’re a solutions finder You will have a minimum of 2 years proven experience in customer service, sales or marketing. There's also an element of making the job your own to compliment your skill set. Role specifics The initial contract will be for 3 months with the view to extend for the right candidate. Ideally you’ll be available to work between 3 - 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, however, we’ll endeavour to be flexible around your schedule. The role is based in our Fitzroy office. Salary: $30p/h negotiable for the right candidate. Please note: we have an office Labradoodle so you will need to be happy with giving the occasional pat or having him sleep next to your desk!
