Support the implementation of a new Care Management System in a high profile NFP 2 days per week – hours can be flexed over more days to suit 6 month fixed term contract/consulting assignment, start date by early July Very Special Kids cares for children with life-threatening conditions by providing Victoria’s only children’s hospice and professional family support services. Our free-of-charge services help more than 900 families across Victoria, with ongoing support from the child’s diagnosis all the way through to recovery or bereavement and beyond. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst/ Trainer to develop and deliver an organisation-wide training program to support the implementation of our new Care Management System. The timeframes are tight so you need to be an enthusiastic self-starter who loves a challenge. The system will still be in development so you will need to use your business analyst skill-set to work with ambiguity, ask the right questions, develop what you can and fill in the gaps as the system develops. In addition, you will be required to assist the Project Manager and System Administrator with planning and User Acceptance Testing and provide support to super users during their testing. You will be an engaging communicator who can build relationships with all levels and quickly gain buy-in from your stakeholders. Your Background will include: Demonstrated delivery of ICT system implementation training programs including training needs assessment for core user groups, development of training materials, delivery of training in one-on-one, group training and online formats. Ability to compare “as is” training materials with proposed process maps and system requirements to establish the training gap and develop training materials accordingly.
