We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is a self-starter and leads by example. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing B2C marketing campaigns while collaborating with a team of travel experts. They will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as longer-term strategy planning, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Objectives of this Role Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics Drive the digital evolution of the business to implement improved customer analysis through email, performance marketing and web insights; testing and evolving lead nurturing tactics. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for all advertising and public-facing communications, including traditional, digital, and video assets Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes and provide sales support Gather customer and market insights to inform strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams and external travel partners, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, travel or related field 3-5 years marketing experience ideally in B2C environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Experience with website development, Facebook, Instagram, Google, marketing automation and CRM tools Preferred Qualifications Experience in Travel Industry marketing with knowledge of domestic and international travel trends preferred Proficiency with digital marketing and social media strategy development and implementation Experience designing in Adobe, building websites in WordPress and a passion for creating owned content. Willingness to travel if required.
