CPR Kids is a paediatric health education company that specialises in empowering families, educatorsand carers of children with the life-saving skills of baby and child first aid. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our external partners and driving the sales & account management strategy and marketing initiatives to ensure that we meet our mission. Roles and responsibilities Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with our partners in the Hospital, Corporate, Community & Not-For-Profit sectors Coordinate the CPR Kids sales effort professionally to achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Research and implement methods for supporting business development through sales and marketing channels Present, promote and sell CPR Kids services to existing and prospective customers with the view to growing the business Reach out to customer leads by utilising your networks & other methods and anticipating new opportunities Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and provide status reports as agreed Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing & potential customers to meet their needs Develop & supply regular reports on customer needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services The Team Work closely with the Director and Operations Manager/s, with the ability for autonomy and independent action. Work well in a close-knit team and in collaboration with the Social Media & Digital Community Co-ordinator and Customer Services & Bookings Manager/s. About you Highly motivated and target driven with a track record in sales, in Pharma, Surgical, Medical or Health industries, preferred Proven success & experience in a sales & account management role, ideally for at least 3 years Display exceptional multi-tasking skills to be able to manage multiple demands and work towards multiple priorities Effective prioritising, time management, organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal & communication skills specifically in sales, marketing, relationship management, negotiation & strong business acumen Ability to build productive business relationships and to create & deliver presentations to a range of audiences Detailed knowledge of CRM practices and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools and the ability to adapt to new technologies Hold a degree or equivalent in sales-related field Passion for positively impacting the lives of Australian families, and a knowledge of child health matters, would be a wonderful asset Details Job Type: Part-time (24 hours per week, flexible) Remuneration: Salary $70,000 p/a FTE ( paid at a pro-rata rate ), bonus potential See what we are all about: Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | com.au Apply Call us on 1300 543 727 to discuss your interest in the position.
