WHO WE ARE We are a small business (Husband and wife team) managing a number of investments and looking to recruit a Personal Assistant/Housekeeper for our business and lives and our 2 pugs based in South Yarra. We have several businesses and an Airbnb property that we manage in Anglesea. We're looking for about 20-25 hours per week. Our preference is some hours each weekday but are flexible regarding days/times so would suit someone working around school drop off/pick up. We're happy with either employing or contracting. What the role entails • Help us with business admin – i.e. help us collect and load receipts into Xero • Help organise our Airbnb property, sending welcome messages, updating listing, liaising with the cleaners, perhaps the occasional trip down to check something or collect laundry etc. • Personal errands - post office, present purchasing, paying bills etc. • Groceries – currently we just use Coles delivery, so someone to do that and then be there to receive it and pop it away. There’s some things we get from the prahran market each week, so a weekly market trip would be great too . • Cleaning – including laundry (including the airbnb laundry) and keeping my cupboard clean so my hubby doesn’t divorce me, ironing, changing the sheets and maybe picking out a few weeds in our tiny townhouse garden. • Pugs – we need someone who loves dogs. I love our 2 pugs so much and hate that I don’t get to spend more time with them. So someone who’s happy to have them ‘help’ as they go about their work. Brush them, bath them, walk them, send me cute pics • Cooking – It would be fabulous if you could do a cook up for our lunches each week and a couple of dinners. We eat pretty clean so delicious veggie filled meals. So we’re looking for a Dog loving, strong admin skills, healthy cook, house cleaning wizard. We require a clear police check. A car would be great, but we also happy to utilize GoGet.
