You will: Be a child at heart; working with kids you will be playing games, colouring etc Have a positive outgoing nature to provide that all important “Welcome” to all our customers Hold a current Children’s Check Clearance and First Aid certificate, or are able to acquire one A qualification in childcare and experience working with children is highly desirable. Good at quickly building rapport with customers from a variety of backgrounds Emotional resilience and ability to handle conflict Experience of working in a high volume and fast-paced retail environment Strong computer literacy Ability to be flexible and available to work weekends and some late nights. About the job Every day you will ensure our customers experience a great day out for their entire family by greeting our customers as they arrive at the store or supervising children as they enjoy our Smaland area; a haven of fun for kids who rather play than shop.
