We are looking for a new Training Delivery Manager to join our in-house RTO Broadspectrum Training Services. We’re a small and dynamic national team and award winning training organisation. We are backed by the capability of one of Australia’s largest employers across multiple growing economic sectors. The Training Team Leader role will suit a capable and ambitious VET all-rounder. You will be responsible for leading a diverse range of RTO operations including but not limited to: Ensuring operational delivery of training programs aligned to business needs. Client and contract management. Leading and developing internal and external trainers and assessors. Training development, implementation and educational excellence. Establishing training in new contracts and developing new business. Overseeing the development and improvement of training resources. Occasional training facilitation and assessment. You are passionate about developing others, building high-quality education solutions that stand apart from regular commercial RTOs and delivering our business a competitive advantage. The role is based at our Toowoomba office Mon-Fri, supporting our Easternwell business as a priority. Some travel to field training sites and interstate will be required from time to time. Key Technical/Vocational Skills Diploma Training and Assessment minimum or extensive relevant experience. Higher level training, educational or other relevant qualifications highly regarded. In-depth knowledge of Australia’s VET system including regulations and funding structures. A background in RTOs or other educational institutions focusing on the resources and mining, transport, corrections, defence, logistics or other similar industries is highly desirable. You problem solve, manage stakeholders, adapt and deliver education solutions that help our business stay competitive. You are meticulous in your planning and design of training programs. You ensure the product we deliver to the business puts the student at the centre of the experience, is fit for purpose and maintains the highest compliance to ASQA standards. You’re a confident communicator and facilitator, no matter the audience whether blue-collar staff or our support and management teams. You can make the complex simple and command an audience by bringing them along for the journey. You understand the needs of adult learners to be supported and challenged through engaging and innovative learning programs. Quality is our most important cornerstone. We don’t cut corners.
