Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, the Human Resources Administrator will assist the HR team with recruitment, administration and HR best practice to help employees achieve organisational values. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with recruitment of staff - posting ads, screening and interviewing candidates Completing required checks on candidates Onboarding of new staff Maintaining the database Prepare candidate documentation - contracts, offer letters, extensions etc Assist management with the implementation of new policies and procedures Support with engagement activities and measurement Assist with training of staff To be successful you will have: Demonstrated experience in a similar HR position Tertiary qualification or extensive work experience in HR Experience recruiting and onboarding employees Good understanding of employment legislation and remuneration frameworks Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills The annual salary on offer for this role is up to $65,000 plus super pro-rata. Offered as a 3 day week, permanent opportunity. Attractive PBI/NFP salary packaging is also available.
