Payroll Administrator High Profile Not-For-Profit Inner City Location .6 (3 days) a week Great part-time opportunity to develop your administrative career especially if you have a head for figures and an eagle eye for detail.  If you love systems and processes and enjoy the challenge of being an integral part of a small team processing a fortnightly payroll, then this role as Payroll Administrator is perfect. While some payroll (CHRIS21) or finance/accounts experience would be good what we are looking for is someone with a committed and can-do attitude who wants to ‘own’ their role. You will have strong technical skills able to quickly navigate your way through different systems, investigate any anomalies all the while look for ways to do things in a better and more efficient way.  Here are just some of the duties that you will get involved in day to day: Code and process time sheets Coordinate leave entitlements, staff benefits, including salary packaging Maintain payroll records Answer staff and management queries Interpret Certified Agreements and Awards Providing advice and more… Pro-rated salary is commensurate with experience and previous experience working in a highly detailed and/or figure oriented role alternatively some payroll experience with exposure to payroll software (CHRIS21) would be ideal but not essential. To apply online, please click on the appropriate link.
