We’re growing as we expand into new dynamic programs and partnerships all with a focus of making meaningful social impact. Where you come in… You will be involved in an exciting new partnership with a major national recruitment agency. You’ll fill roles they identify through your access to a wider and more diverse pool of candidates from our Service Partners - established job services providers working with clients from the jobactive and Disability Employment Services contracts. Your focus will be on stakeholder management and ensuring right fit candidates… There’s no business development aspect to your role as the job opportunities are already identified. Success for you will be, through your expertise in interpreting a job brief and assessing candidate compatibility, presenting job ready candidate shortlists and making successful placements. You’ll be a strong influencer both in motivating and coaching candidates and being able to articulate their value proposition to hire decision makers. You’ll be hands on in formulating this new delivery model and ensuring its success. Highly organised, action orientated and a really strong collaborator, you’ll love the pace of recruitment and the rewarding feeling of supporting people into employment. Ideally you will have a proven understanding of the jobactive or Disability Employment Services contracts – if not, we’ll equip you through comprehensive onboarding training.
