CONRAD Architects is a boutique design practice, based in Cremorne, who have forged a reputation for creating contemporary yet timeless architecture and interiors. We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team on a part time (approx. 20hours per week with some flexibility on days/working hours), fixed term contract (maternity leave cover). Primary responsibilities Diary, email and meeting management for the Director. Coordinate reports, presentations and other documents for internal and external stakeholders. Providing the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the office. Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of CONRAD Architects and the Director. General office management. The successful candidate will ideally have: Experience in administration/executive assistant role. The ability to provide solutions in order to ensure better office management The ability to show initiative, be proactive and follow things through to completion. A bright and positive personality with a good common-sense approach to problem solving. The ability to work in small office environment. Willingness to assist other staff in the office with an open and positive manner. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office. Skills in Adobe Suite (desired, but not essential). Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Excellent organisation skills with a superior attention to detail.
