We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Remediation team.  This role will report to the Business Unit Manager and assist with roll-out of major new remediation and water treatment projects for government clients.  The part-time (0.6) role will be based in our Southbank office.    

 

 

The role will be required to:

 

  • Provide support to the Project Managers to oversee contract mandates and ensure all parties involved fulfill obligations to which they agreed.

  • Prepare contract notices, variations and reporting on behalf of the Project Managers.

  • Strictly maintain timeframes as required by the contract.  

  • Maintain a high degree of familiarity with the contract and ensure all parties adhere to its specific terms, conditions, rights and obligations.

  • Co-ordinate any scope and contract changes that may occur.

  • Co-ordinate project documentation including preparation of management plans and document control. 

 

To be successful you will have:

 

  • Exceptional time management and planning skills, including the ability to meet tight timeframes;

  • Experience in contract or project management;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Ability to work in a team environment;

  • Experience working in delivery of major projects (such as construction, infrastructure or water treatment).

  • A background in engineering or construction will be highly regarded.
