The Role
The purpose of the role is to support the relationship management, growth and optimisation of Strategic Distribution Partners with portfolios >$50m GWP. Your focus will be on the day to day functions that translate the joint partner strategies into reality by supporting the delivery of agreed quarterly objectives set by the Manager, Partnerships West. 
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of optimisation/growth strategies for existing partnerships.
  • Support the successful embedment of business development strategies for new partnerships.
  • Ensure an intimate understanding of Partner CVPs is maintained and support delivery of aligned partner/ IAG CVP.
  • Achieve sales, retention, profitability and advocacy outcomes.
  • Manage service of existing partners and onboarding of new partners as well as Learning & Development requirements of HBF.
  • Ensure the efficiency delivery of all marketing and engagement activity such as partner relationship events, sponsorships and conferences.
  • Effectively engage people across the business within Leading@IAG principles.


Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to develop, support and manage high value partnerships.
  • Background in managing intermediated distribution of consumer GI products.
  • Proven ability to engage broadly and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, operating with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Solid contract management experience and outstanding commercial acumen.
  • Advanced understanding of the regulatory environment relevant to FI partner distribution including sound knowledge of current market and industry insights.
  • Experience driving strong partner experience and outcomes.
