Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst who will be responsible for assisting the Fund in the delivery of our framework that enables compliance with prudential standards, regulatory policies, the SIS and Corporation Acts, and various licence conditions. This role represents an outstanding opportunity to be the subject matter expert to a wide variety of stakeholders in a key corporate function.

In this role, you will review marketing and disclosure materials, providing comments and sign-off as required. You will work with a range of internal business units and project teams, providing technical compliance advice and line 2 support as well as feedback and training. You will update compliance plans, programs and checklists in line with changing requirements, and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.

Externally, you may assist in providing appropriate responses to information requests from the regulators, as well as keeping the Fund current with legislative changes and regulatory developments.

You’ll need…

  • Strong knowledge of the superannuation industry, its related laws and the applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • You are a tertiary qualified compliance professional.
  • Experiencer monitoring the responsibilities of Australian Financial Services and Registrable Superannuation Entity Licensees, and are conversant with risk management issues.
  • A confident communicator, you build effective relationships that enable you to influence and coach your stakeholders.
