To support our office relocation project, we are seeking a Change Manager on a 12 month basis, who will be responsible for addressing the people side of change, driving business readiness, minimising disruption and resistance and facilitating a successful transition to the future state. Reporting to the Organisational Change Practice Manager this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help provide input into decisions on how to structure the change journey and implementation, ensuring employee engagement is a priority.
Significant experience in a Change Manager role, including leading enterprise-wide change. You have the ability to apply change management principles, methodologies, tools and techniques to deliver and embed organisational change in both agile and waterfall project contexts. You understand how people react to, and navigate, change.
