Opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join the Pro Bono team at a global law firm in a permanent, part-time role
With over 11,000 staff worldwide, our client is a global commercial law firm who are well regarded for their inclusive culture and are particularly supportive of working parents.
They are now seeking an experienced legal secretary/administrative assistant to join their Pro Bono & Community Service practice group and provide administrative support to the Partner and two lawyers – as well as providing administrative support to the Community Services Lead on an ad hoc basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
To be successful, you must have at least 2 years experience as an legal secretary or administrative assistant at a law firm. With strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office and CRM systems), you will also have strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and consistently meet deadlines is essential. You will be personable, self-motivated and have a proactive approach to keeping the Pro Bono practice group up to date.
What’s on offer?
An attractive salary package is on offer for this a permanent, part-time role in a team that is well respected throughout the entire firm. This role will ideally work school hours/5 days a week (ie. 10am-3pm) however there can be flexibility for the successful candidate (ie. either 4 longer days or the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week).
