Due to continued growth on our Defence Base Services (DBS) contract, Broadspectrum are seeking to appoint an Estate Upkeep Coordinator for our Estate Upkeep Team on a Full Time time basis. The Estate Upkeep Coordinator  is responsible for supporting the Estate Upkeep function at Roberstson Barracks Base by acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and customers visiting the site. The position maintains site records for the Estate Upkeep services, subcontractor inductions, asset registers, personnel training and qualification registers and provides administrative to the Broadspectrum Office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients, customers, visitors and sub-contractors entering the Broadspectrum Office
  • Maintains the visitors register
  • Administers the site induction process
  • Maintains sub-contractor and site induction registers
  • Maintains site vehicle registers
  • Maintains site training and qualification registers
  • Consolidates site training records and liaises with Broadspectrum Defence Training Team to ensure records maintenance for staff at RAAF Tindal.
  • Acts as point of contact for sub-contractors engaged by Broadspectrum
  • Maintains site administrative records for EU staff
  • Consolidates, coordinates and researches information for EU projects
  • Coordinating timesheets and payroll matters for EU staff
  • Provide assistance to Estate Upkeep Supervisors in managing on time performance
  • Assist in Extension of Time Submissions through follow up with sub-contractors and internal staff
  • Fire Warden for Broadspectrum Office
  • First Aid representative for Broadspectrum office

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Sound understanding Administration 
  • Experiance in SAP would be highly regarded
  • Experiance with dealing and managing Contractors
  • High level of computer competency and literacy
  • Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing customer service and customer expectations
