Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager the purpose of this role is to manage the internal and external audit programs in accordance with the requirements of the AMS Contact. To monitor and report on audit findings through root cause analysis. Implement effective remedial strategies, preventative actions and issue non-conformances based on business risk and non-compliance. To providing leadership, advice and support for compliance and operational excellence in quality assurance matters.
Land & Housing is one of the Key Government Contracts of Broadspectrum one of the requirements of this role is build trusted relationships with Land and Housing Contract (LAHC) Compliance, Audit & Verification Teams and Broadspectrum Senior Management within areas of responsibility.
