The Role
Due to the recent award of a long term maintenance contract with BP Kwinana, Broadspectrum are currently looking to engage an experienced Payroll Site Administrator to assist in our day to day operations at BP refinery based in the Kwinana industrial area. Whilst this roles primary focus will be Payroll from time to time you will be required to assist with general site admin.This full time position will see you working Monday – Friday on site supporting the operations team. 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Processing a high volume of timesheets into the payroll system.
  • Reporting on submission, overtime, time in lieu, RDO usage to site managers.
  • Complete weekly payslip summary reviews.
  • Weekly payroll sign-off to ensure that employees are paid accurately.
  • Maintaining employee registers and setting up new employees in the system.
  • Answering / Resolving any payroll queries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Weekly and Monthly Payroll Reporting.
  • Creating / Maintaining Work Orders in the system.
  • Cost and Sell Rate uploads into the system.
  • Weekly / Monthly client invoicing.
  • Support and assist Finance Manager as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experince in similiar role
  • Understaning of EA Agreements 
  • Experience with SAP and Excel 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Able to build relationships with site managers and administrators to ensure effective operations 
  • Demonstrated administration and organisational skills, including attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
