About the Position

To support, maintain and improve Teach For Australia’s IT & Business Systems, ensuring that all end users are equipped and empowered to effectively use technology to perform their roles. While based in Melbourne, this role provides national IT and business systems support to our people located around Australia.

About the Team

This role is part of the Finance & Business Services team. Finance & Business Services enables Teach for Australia to meet organisational goals by providing effective business processes and systems and ensuring the business has the financial and administrative information required to make sound and timely decisions.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology
  • At least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience within IT, Salesforce Administrator, and/or business systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with and positively engage with a variety of stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
