The Company 
Broadspectrum are an operations, maintenance and services organisation operating globally in the resources, energy, industrial, infrastructure, rail, and property and defence sectors.

Broadspectrum has a long and successful partnership with the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and is now expanding due to the renewal and extension of the Base Services contract to manage ADF facilities under the new contract on a national level.

The Role
Broadspectrum are currently looking to engage a qualified Estate Upkeep Coordinator. This position will see you based at Simpson barracks in an ongoing full time position within the Estate Upkeep team.

Responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to;

  • Triage, review and planning of Service Orders to improve accuracy and quality
  • End to end management of all Survey & Quote and Alternative Proposal requirements
  • Technical and Financial Closure of open Service Orders
  • Perform Data Integrity Checks (DIC) - Utilize SAP reporting to review, correct and update specified fields within a Service Order to ensure accuracy.
  • Service Order Planning including but not limited to; estimate labor durations, planned costs, and access requirements.
  • Identify Survey & Quote (S&Q) / Alternative Proposal (AP) requests and manage End to End using HUB processes including but not limited to; maintaining the S&Q / AP Register, obtaining technical information, endorsement / approval, variation management and completion of AP / S&Q template.
  • Follow up Service Order completions, overdue items, on time performance (OTP).
  • Measure, monitor and report HUB performance in accordance with Broadspectrum requirements.
  • End to End Management of Service Orders.

Required skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience within a Facilities Maintenance Role 
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team. 
  • Demonstrated written communication and IT skills. 
  • An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • An ability to interact effectively with technical staff, subcontractors and Client representatives
  • Trade or Estate Up-Keep back ground will be highly regared.
