Reporting to Project Manager you will play a key role in delivering commercial support and governance across the entire contracts life cycle, from securing contracts and winning, through to performing contracts and delivering. You will act as the main point of interface between the business unit and Broadspectrum’s legal, insurance and risk shared services. This role will require you take a proactive, leadership position in developing and delivering commercial models and contracting strategies to achieve the business objectives, enhance client relationships and encourage repeat work.
Key responsibilities includes (not limited to):
To be successful in this role you will have Tertiary qualifications in commerce, construction, and engineering, quantity surveying or similar. A comprehensive knowledge of cost planning and construction project controls principles and practices along with a comprehensive knowledge of contracts and contractual procedure is a MUST for this role. You will have ability to read and comprehend complex engineering design documents. A key requirement for this role is strong commercial and negotiation knowledge and advanced skills computer skills. You will be an effective communicator with excellent verbal & written skills.
