About The Role:


We currently have two Legal Counsel opportunities to support our Asset/Facilities Management and Maintenance (including large government projects) and Construction activities, respectively. This will include providing advice and guidance such as:


  • Drafting, reviewing and assisting with negotiations of contractual documents to minimise risk and maximise the standing of the Group
  • Supervising the activities of more junior lawyers and paralegals and providing guidance to assist in the development of their skills
  • Keeping the Group and Executives informed of new or proposed legislation or material legal cases which may affect our activities, including any proposed regulatory or government policy or directives
  • Assisting the relevant sector’s businesses with the aim of ensuring adherence to best practice in governance and regulatory compliance and risk management for Broadspectrum and the Ferrovial Group
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the Sectors’ strategic plans to assist operations to be conducted within the limits prescribed by law
