Working on our contract with the Department of Corrective Services, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR / Training Co-ordinator to join our Court Security & Custodial Services team in our Canning Vale office. 

In this role you will be responsible for providing and co-ordinating admin support for the human resources and training function. Specifically the role would be to provide support for the HR Business Partner and in turn front line leaders as well as data input, training coordination and document control to ensure contractual and legal requirements are met.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Co-ordinate and ensure delivery of training to ensure legal and contractual compliance
  • Maintain HR systems and documentation
  • Assist the HR Business Partner to support and develop both metro and regional site managers in all HR & training requirements
  • Production of daily and weekly compliance and performance reports

  • Previous experience in an HR and/or Training capacity
  • High level time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate – Advanced computer skills (Advanced Excel & SAP experience highly regarded)
  • Flexible and resilient with an ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of contractual compliance

You must have Australian Work Rights and have the ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check, and be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol test in order to be eligible for this position.
