The Role

Are you interested in joining a flexible and family friendly work environment where you can have all school holidays off? Epworth Richmond is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Nurses to join our team in theatre from February 2018.

An exciting opportunity has opened for Nurses, both Enrolled (Endorsed) and Registered, with experience in Anaesthetic and PACU nursing as well as Scrub Scout Nursing, to join the dynamic theatre team at Epworth Richmond Theatres on a part time or full time basis.  We will allow you to purchase additional leave to cover your school holidays over a designated 12 month period.

Our Richmond theatres were the first hospital in Australia to use the Da Vinci robot and after a recent expansion has 32 theatres including a state of the art hybrid theatre covering most specialties including Orthopaedic, Cardiac, Neurology, Paediatric, General, Robotic, Urology, Gynaecology, Head and Neck.

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant must:

  • Extensive experience in Anaesthetics/PACU and or Scrub Scout nursing
  • Hold full current nursing registration with AHPRA 
  • Be a passionate team player
  • Have excellent communication skills
