To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Manager, Service Management & Process Improvement who will be responsible for ensuring Technology Services aligns with business strategy in accordance with documented repeatable processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Governance this role represents an outstanding opportunity to develop and improve IT process and capability maturity.

You’ll need…

Previous experience in an IT leadership role with a broad understanding across multiple IT disciplines. As you will be managing an IT Assurance Analyst and Service Management Analyst, it is expected that you will bring an expertise across both areas with a particular focus on vendor management.
