Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking an Learning and Organisational Development Consultant to take on the end-to-end ownership of fund-wide initiatives designed to uplift the capability of our staff in line with our digital program. Reporting to the Organisational Capability Manager this role represents an outstanding opportunity to partner with the Fund’s people leadership community in readying our staff for an exciting new way of working and engaging with our members.

In this role, you will manage and deliver learning and development initiatives, as well as developing appropriate performance metrics to measure program success. You will work closely with the People & Culture Business Partners and all management levels of the Fund in order to develop and manage high impact organisational development solutions.

You’ll need…

Extensive human resources experience, ideally working in dynamic project-based environments, with a wide variety of stakeholders, while embedding new work practices or ways of working.

A proven track record of delivering end-to-end L&D and OD programs and initiatives will be highly regarded, as will well-developed communication skills appropriate for audiences of all seniority levels. This role will best suit an established professional who is comfortable working under strict time pressures, and able to manage competing, often conflicting, deadlines.
