The Role

Reporting to the Senior Administrator you will provide operational Call Centre support to the National Vehicle Recovery Contract as well as provide centralised administrative support in general to the Land Materiel Maintenance and Base Services contracts.


Key responsibilities includes (not limited to):


  • Professional 1800 Call Centre response in support of our Defence Customers
  • Coordinating and monitoring towing and movement of vehicles related equipment
  • Quote work packets and assess requirements in conjunction with subcontractors
  • Periodical manning of the ‘on call’ duty phone;
  • Liaison with Broadspectrum Staff and clients regarding works implementation, performance, service quality and other related matters
  • Initiate action to prevent non-conformances occurring
  • Identify and record problems
  • Attending Broadspectrum and client production meetings as required
  • Assist with the administration of subcontractors
  • Collation of subcontractor invoices against vehicle tasking;
  • Associated Defence and Broadspectrum document control and data entry associated with above tasking;
  • Promotion of an effective alliance between clients and Broadspectrum


To be successful in this role you will have suitable administration experience role in admin or call centre. Experience within the Defence industry is preferred but not essential. You must have high level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and excellent communication skills. SAP experience preferred but not essential. You must be an Australian Citizen and must be able to pass a National Police check.
