Here’s where you come in…

Supporting the Fund’s Technology Services function, we are seeking a People & Culture (P&C) Consultant to implement a series of change initiatives aimed at uplifting the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery. In this critical project role, you will partner with all seniority levels across P&C and Technology Services in order to facilitate the proficient implementation of the work program.

Reporting to the P&C Business Partnerships Manager, this exciting role offers a rare opportunity to join a high performing team that delivers enterprise-wide best practice and bespoke P&C advice.

You’ll need…

Due to the technical nature of the project, significant experience in a generalist HR role specifically within a technology business or business unit is required. Equally, you have been actively involved in the successful implementation of organisational restructures within complex environments. A solid understanding of the legislative context of Australian employment is mandatory.

An exceptional communicator, you quickly build rapport with key stakeholders, and are an effective influencer and negotiator. You have very strong time management and prioritisation skills, and are highly outcome focused.
