Job Description

ICC Sydney is a $1.5 billion development that has transformed the Darling Harbour precinct. The project delivered 35,000sqm of internal exhibition space, the largest commercial kitchen in the southern hemisphere, Australia’s largest ballroom, an open air event deck, and an 8000 seat entertainment theatre.


We a currently looking to recruit an experienced Operations and FM Contact Centre Team Member to work along our Interface Manager – FM Service, to ensure the smooth running of ICC Sydney. 



  • Answering and actioning inquiries from staff, patrons and contractors.
  • Data input and monitoring of ICC Sydney system for all reactive and planned maintenance task.
  • Contact centre operator will be responsible for a wide variety of duties, including managing a busy switch board, logging jobs and raising work orders
  • Supporting the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance of ICC Sydney. 
  • Maintaining a customer based focus in all services

The successful candidate will have proven experience within a similar role.
