Broadspectrum is currently looking for a self-motivated and confident HR Advisor within our friendly & collaborative close-knit Capability and Culture function.
Reporting into the General Manager Human Resources – Capability and Culture ANZ, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of organisation-wide frameworks and approaches that support ongoing capability uplift of our employees and culture transformation of our organisation. Your role will be varied and always fast-paced from contributing to and/or leading capability and leadership development programme design and implementation; talent and succession management; helping design, implement and partner with the business around our new culture transformation and engagement initiatives; embedding diversity and inclusion programmes that genuinely position us as a D&I market leader; performance development and review; learning; our award-winning Graduate Programme (#SpectrumGrad) and our evolving Intern and Apprenticeship Programmes.

To be successful in the role you will have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related discipline. Post-graduate qualifications in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology or similar are highly regarded as well as experience working in infrastructure, construction or similar industries. You are passionate about organisational development. This role would suit you if you have two to three years post completion of your Graduate Program with proven ability and experience in delivering commercially focused, pragmatic organisational development solutions. Your work style is autonomous and you have excellent communication and influencing skills. You are resilient and enjoy working in an ever-changing environment. Please note this role might require occasional domestic travel.
