We currently have an opportunity for a Management Systems Co-ordinator, based at the Osborne Park office for our Aroona Alliance contract

The Aroona Alliance is a partnership between the Water Corporation, Suez and Broadspectrum working as one team to deliver operations, maintenance and asset management of the Perth metropolitan water and wastewater production and treatment assets.  Aroona’s vision is to drive operational performance and improve the water and wastewater services through its service objectives of Zero Harm, Value for Money, People Capability, Asset Management, Information Management and Water / Wastewater compliance.

The main function of this role is to the development, delivery and maintenance of the Health, Safety, Environmental, Energy, Asset Management & Quality certification program developing strategies and interventions to continuously improve capability to mitigate risks

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing input and recommendations relating to management systems and their certification
  • Managing and coordinating the internal and certification audit programs and its participants, including initiating and managing start up meetings, schedules and close out meetings
  • Managing and reviewing the CPAR/Audit Corrective Actions register
  • Managing and continuously improving the Aroona Master Document System
  • Facilitating the management system section of the New Employees Induction
  • Preparing and presenting monthly Management System Review meetings with Performance & Improvement and People & Safety Managers
  • Provide advice to Performance & Improvement Manager, and continued liaison and partnership with External Auditors

  • Previous proven experience in a similar role
  • Auditing experience and qualifications would be advantageous
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft suite of applications, including Access and Visio
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A sound knowledge of multiple management systems and their auditing and certification
  • A sound knowledge of the processes required for implementation of management system objectives within a service delivery business
  • Knowledge and experience with the use of Business Process Modelling and the use of Lean/Six Sigma methodology.
