We are one of Australia's fastest growing and leading mortgage brokerage firms, looking to grow the team and appoint a person who is the first contact for all of our clients.  The position provides a unique opportunity to work with professional brokers in a fun, entrepreneurial environment. 

You will be responsible in greeting all customers who call on the phone, manage enquiries and be a support person for the CEO and Director. This will also involve duties which will change day to day to make the role enjoyable. 

You won't require experience in our industry, but must possess a willingness to learn and challenge yourself. 

We want to offer the role to someone to also suit their needs. So flexible hours including either starting later or finishing early to pick up kids will be welcomed. 

Responsibilities

·        Greet customers on the phone

·        Perform roles for Senior members of the team including managing marketing collateral, ensuring the office is operating well and general management of the office
