Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking an innovative Senior Instructional Designer to scope, design, develop and implement a suite of high quality learning solutions for our Corporate Services team, with a particular focus on Risk Training for different target audiences within the organisation. Partnering with a range of stakeholders, you will identify business needs and create inventive solutions; tailoring learning materials to meet individual requirements.

You will lead this piece of work; engaging with subject matter experts; working groups and project teams. At times you may be expected to contribute to other L&D tasks and initiatives. This is a rarely offered opportunity to join a high performing team of L&D specialists that provide industry leading support and advice to a fast growing market leader.

You’ll need…

Sound knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles, as well as the ability to apply 70:20:10 to learning solutions. You have experience in developing and implementing training, as well as a good understanding of risk and compliance matters within the banking and finance industry, or related top tier organisations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with different digital learning tools and appropriately use these to enhance the learner experience.

The consultative nature of the role will fully engage your ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members and key stakeholders. You are highly organised with the ability to work on multiple projects (not necessarily end-to-end) and you have a track record of delivering to deadlines in a fluid working environment.

If you would like the opportunity to work in a challenging, growing and rapidly evolving organisation to deliver outstanding results that benefit members, please apply now!
